Refund Policy:

At Roznym, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not obsessed with your Roznym item, we offer returns for store credit only. Store credit never expires, giving you the flexibility to find the perfect piece at your own pace. Please note the following guidelines for returns:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If any of these conditions are not met, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Return Period: We must receive the return within 14 days from the date of purchase. If received after 16 days, we will reach out to arrange for the product to be returned back to you.

Return Fee: You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Exclusions: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, items purchased during a sale or with a promotion are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product, the exchange process follows the same guidelines as returns. If the desired item and size are available, we will send an email with the invoice for the shipping fee to process the exchange order.

 

Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged piece, please email us immediately at info@roznym.com. We'll address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Cancellations:

We do not offer order cancellations. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, we are happy to help modify your order if you wish to make changes to the selected items. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
