PROCESSING TIME
Please note that we offer free shipping for all Domestic US Orders over $150, and Orders from Canada over CAD$300.
All orders are processed within 3-5 Business Days.
Orders placed with Express Shipping must be received by 1 pm EST in order to be shipped on the same Business Day. If received later, they will ship the next Business Days.
International Orders ship within 3-5 Business Days.
These processing times apply to in-stock items only. They do not apply to Pre Order items. During sales or promotions, we may experience delays with processing and shipping, due to the increase in order volume.
We may experience weather-related delays. Such delays are not calculated in the shipping timeframes provided at checkout.

Each order receives a tracking number automatically as soon as the label is printed.

Duties and Taxes Policy
US Orders: All applicable taxes and duties will be charged on US orders only. Customers placing orders within the United States will be subject to any applicable state and local sales taxes.
International Orders: For international orders, all applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package.
Attention Canadian customers: When ordering from outside of Canada, please note that your shipment may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon entry into the country. These fees are assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and will be invoiced to you by the courier or postal service. LOST/STOLEN
Roznym is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Roznym is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
